Both providers and administrators shared that a key reason they entered or stayed in the field is because of their spiritual practices, and deep sense that they are fulfilling a higher calling.
“You work in social services, you're not going to get rich. But sometime during my career I decided that it's not about the money. I'll live on what I could possibly get.
