There was a strong sense that IECMH needs to do more marketing, to bring awareness to the profession.
“Could we pay the professionals who are in the work to possibly present to college students about the experience? I'm really interested in doing those presentations with the high school students in my area. But I do all of that unpaid and in evenings...because I want people to know that it is a really fun employment avenue and there is a lot of reward to it.
